We are proud to offer a range of delivery options to suit your needs. The vast majority of our products are delivered on a convenient express service.

Standard Delivery

  • Costs just £4.95.
  • Delivery is within 3-5 working days from the date your order is dispatched.
  • Your order will be delivered by our trusted courier partner.

Express Delivery

  • Costs £7.95.
  • Delivery is within 2 working days from the date your order is dispatched.
  • This service is available for most items.

Large Item Delivery (Two-Person Service)

  • Applies to bulky or heavy products (e.g., furniture, large lighting).
  • Costs £19.95.
  • Delivery is within 5-7 working days from the date your order is dispatched.
  • Our delivery team will bring the item into a ground floor room of your choice.

Next Working Day Delivery

  • Available for in-stock items ordered before the specified cut-off time.
  • Costs £11.95.
  • Your order will be delivered the next working day after dispatch.
  • This service is not available for large items.

Please note: Working days are Monday-Friday, excluding public holidays. Dispatch time is typically 1-2 working days for in-stock items. You will receive a dispatch confirmation email with tracking information. Deliveries are made Monday-Friday between 8am and 6pm.

International Delivery

We currently deliver to the following countries: Austria, Belgium, Denmark, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Netherlands, Spain, and Sweden. Delivery costs and times vary depending on the destination and size of the parcel. Please see the complete list of countries and charges at checkout.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

In the unlikely event that you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us immediately. We will gladly arrange a collection and cover all associated costs, and will process a replacement, refund, or credit for you.
